In addition to talk therapy and medications (if necessary), Dr. Ascher is committed to helping his patients address their symptoms holistically through different wellness practices. These include daily practice of mindfulness meditation, healthy eating, exercise and sport. Dr. Ascher will work with each of his patients to help them develop a re-connection to joy in their life which might include music, painting, writing, volunteering, gardening, golfing, tennis, skiing, owning a pet, cooking, dancing, traveling or any number of activities.
Dr. Ascher believes in the importance of collaborative care and is fortunate to have a rich network of colleagues who share his approach to care.
